We want you to love your Umbra home products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please ensure all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original Umbra packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all components are safely secured.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
